We often recommend deep cleaning for a first visit. Standard cleaning may be enough when your space is already regularly maintained.
How do you set the price?
We consider the size, condition, type of service and frequency. You receive a clear flat-rate quote before scheduling, so you know the approved price first.
What types of properties do you clean?
We serve apartments, family homes, luxury residences, rental properties, offices, businesses and post-construction properties. Each cleaning receives its own approved plan and quote.
What is not automatically included?
Walls and specialty work are not included unless quoted. The refrigerator, oven, windows, cabinets, drawers, garage and exterior work may be added when requested.
